Established in 2015, Cherigo Holdings specialises in commercial real estate, including industrial and retail assets. 

We have been involved in a number of high value transactions in South East Queensland, and are always on the look out for new opportunities. We work with our cornerstone investors and partners to identify and acquire real estate assets with the potential to value-add or land bank in anticipation of future growth needs.

We are led by a team of experienced professionals in all aspects of commercial real estate – both in terms of management and acquisitions –  achieving the maximum financial and operational value from assets within our portfolio.
